French Flair in a Sydney Cottage

Spotted at Home Beautiful, located in the centre of Sydney lies this renovated and extended cottage with a little French flair, I fell in love with its charm and I am sure you will too.

Above: Built in seating with squabs and cushions is a great space saving idea.
Above: An open plan space for living and dining flows out onto the deck for summer entertaining
Above: White kitchen cabinets are offset by a dark wood adding warmth to this area. The rustic piece of wood across the top of the kitchen cabinets is an interesting feature
Above; A butlers sink and black forged handles are typical of the French cottage look
Above: The master bedroom has its own balcony. Sheer linen curtains allow the breeze to flow into this restful palette
Above: A rustic touch to a corner of the master bedroom
Above, An injection of colour in their daughters room with a pretty blue painted, cane Peacock headboard
