I'm so sorry folks, I made a wee error in my pavalova recipe and the fail proof pavlova might not be so fail proof after all unless you have an incredibly sweet tooth. The recipe should say 1 and a half (1 1/2) cups of sugar. The problem was the original recipe said 2 x 3/4 cup and my terrible Math tried to add it up at 1am, seems my brain was a bit foggy at that time of the morning... I hope you haven't gone ahead and made it, if you have I would say it might be a little bit on the sweet side.
