Shingles and Shutters Adorn a New Build

I love homes with character, especially the traditional look of shutters and shingles, they are almost like the 'icing on the cake', so to speak. Looking at this beautiful architecture you may easily be fooled this home is over 100 years old, however it is actually a new build in traditional style. It is not surprising Brooks & Falotico, designers of this classic shingle style home, have had much accolade over their design work with their architecture and renovations featuring in many national and international publications. As beautiful inside as outside the architects have captured traditional style, yet created a home for today's living.

The interior has been decorated in keeping with the style of this wonderful home, however it does have a contemporary feel with pops of yellow and contemporary prints seen in the downstairs living area. And, of course the 'almost' navy blue in the games room area.
