Part two of last year's Coastal Living Showhouse in Coronado by interior designers, Burnham Design.
Last Friday I shared part one of a coastal home with interior by Burnham Design, if you missed this post you might want to catch up first. What I failed to mention was that this home was actually last year's Coastal Living showhouse. Naturally light filled, it is all about the detail in this home from the mix of patterns to the thought that goes into choosing something as simple as a plant (see image 4) whose large green fronds co-ordinate perfectly with the design of the adjacent green and white curtains. Or less obvious detail that you might miss at first glance, such as the neat, knotted rope handles on the drawers below.
I hope you enjoyed this coastal interior, it has made me think more about the use of pattern to bring liveliness to a space and a little braver with stronger accent colours.
